This final project was created in response to the Individual Data Advocacy Project assignment sequence as the final project in an upper-division technical writing course dedicated to data advocacy and is shared here with the permission of the author.





Project Overview:

This white paper analyzes the results of two NCES studies in an attempt to discover the primary drivers of turnover in the K-12 teaching workforce. Ultimately, it concludes that more study is needed. .
